He is a special professor and doctoral supervisor of Jishou University, and a postgraduate supervisor of industry industry of Hunan University. Mainly engaged in integrated circuit CMOS chip design and development and MEMS sensing and analog-digital circuit hardware development and sales. He has served as a director and chief designer in VHF, Fanyan Semiconductor, Core Semiconductor Vertical and Horizontal Era, and Nine Source Technology, etc. He is mainly engaged in the research and development of chip design, packaging and testing and semiconductor equipments and materials. Invented 40 patents.
M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Departments of Chemical Engineering at Cornell University and Chemistry at the University of Washington, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Cambridge. He has served as Deputy Director of the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering, College of Chemistry and Engineering, Peking University, Deputy Director of the Institute of Polymer Science, member of the Liaison Committee for Teaching and Research of Polymer Physics in Colleges and Universities, and member of the National Steering Group for Teaching of Materials Chemistry in Higher Education in the Science Sector. He was awarded the Certificate of Outstanding Achievement by IBM. He was honored as “Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Academic Stalwart of Peking University”.
